When making a bank wire, please include your Fuya Clothing Shop order number and name that is listed on the Fuya Clothing Shop order, this will allow us to process your order more efficiently. Bank Wires/Transfers can take up to 4 business days. Once wire is complete and confirmed, please send a confirmation email to
payment@fuyaclothing.com or to expedite your order faster, you can fax a copy of your bank wire receipt to us.

Fuya Clothing Shop values its customers and respects their privacy. We collect customer information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about your order and other products, services, contests, and promotions. Fuya Clothing Shop recognizes that it must maintain and use customer information responsibly. We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us online to anybody.
To protect ourselves and our customers from credit card fraud, the name and address on your order must correspond exactly to the name and address registered to your credit card. If this information is not exact, it will result in a credit card decline. If your credit card has been denied by our system for any reason, you will receive an email notification and alternate methods of payment. If you are choosing to pay by credit card, please be informed, we are an American company and you will be charged in US Dollars. The amount of your order is converted based on today’s daily rate of conversion. The amount will be indicated on your credit card bank statement in both GBP Sterling and US Dollars.
Credit card fraud is a crime punishable by five (5) years in prison and a $5,000.00 fine. Your computers IP address will be logged and any attempts at fraudulent transactions will be prosecuted.

How do I know my credit card information is secure?
To make sure you are accessing our secure server before you submit personal financial information, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), then SSL is active. To double-check for security, look at the URL or Location line of your browser. If you have accessed a secure server, the first characters of the address in that line should change from "http" to "https." This means your transactions are secure and safe while making on online purchase on our site.
What is a CVV Number?
For your safety and security, we require that you enter your card's verification number. The verification number is the last block of numbers printed on the back of your card. It is the last 3 numbers on back of all Visa, Master Card, Bankcard and appears after and to the right of your card number. Please refer to the above diagram for Master Card, Visa & Bank Card.

Payment by Western Union is fast and easy! You can pay at any local Western Union office or online www.westernunion.com
After you have completed the money transfer you MUST email us at payment@fuyaclothing.com and supply us with the Western Union money Transfer confirmation number, the amount and your name. Once this is received, we can continue with your order. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding your order status.
