Shipping

Ship time is approximately 2 weeks (for orders of jewelry, hats and clothes)
Ship time is approximately 4 weeks (for orders of shoes)
Ship time is approximately 4 weeks (for orders of personalized jewelry)
Ship time is approximately 4-5 weeks (for orders of Personalized Clothing)

Orders are shipped Mon -Fri . If an order is received after 10:00 am on Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday. Our shipping warehouse will be closed the day before and the day after all major holidays.

Online Orders

1. Search our site for the item (s) you like. You can click the “add to cart” button and the item will be added to your cart.
2. When you have finished shopping and are ready to check out, click on "Shopping Cart" in the top right hand corner of the page.
3. Your Shopping Cart will show you all items you have chosen. You can change quantities or delete any items from this page before your proceed to complete your order.
4. Our site will ask you to click continue and it will take you to the next page and ask you to enter your billing and shipping and choose your payment method. Our site will automatically calculate the shipping cost for you. (**To see our shipping cost table please click on shipping and returns) Once you enter all your information, click the "Continue " button at the bottom of the Order Form.
5. After you have chosen your payment method, you will be asked verify your order and your shipping . If you would like to make a change to your order or address, click on “change address” or “edit order”. Once all information is correct, click the Confirm Order button at the bottom of the page to process your order.
6. If you have personalized information, please continue to proceed to the end of the check our process, at the end of the order you wil be provided with a box that is marked “Notes” you can then enter your personalized information or you can enter any comments that you would like our staff to see concerning your order.
7. An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered for your order.

Order by Mail

To order by mail, click on the “Order by mail link” You can then print out an order form. Please send this order form with your order information, size, color, quantity and any other information that apply to your order. Please type or write your information clearly. Make your check or money order payable to Fuya Clothing Shop.

All orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt unless the item is out of stock. If the item is out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail or by telephone.

How your order ships:

We are an American based company that sells globally. We have many warehouses around the globe. The majority of our products are expedited from our US warehouses, and other warehouses overseas. Our aim is to ship your order in the most efficient way possible. Often time, we will ship your order in two or more separate shipments, for speedier ship time and because your articles may be shipped from separate warehouses. For ship time estimates please refer to the shipping time table.
If your article(s) are being shipped from the US, they will be shipped using USPS Global Priority Mail. If the destination is any city in the UK, often time the mail carrier that will receive your order is Royal Mail or Parcel Force. If the destination is France, Belgium or Switzerland, normally Chronopost International or GLS France will be the mail carrier. Fuya Clothing Shop does not have any control of what carrier picks up your package once it has crossed international customs boarders. Please allow time for your package to pass through customs offices.

Ship time estimates:

We DO NOT neither ship nor deliver on holidays or weekend’s .All articles will be expedited once payment is received. We give ship time estimates based on the normal time it would take to expedite from our warehouse to the destination. These are only estimates not guarantees. Because we are a company that ships internationally we are aware that your package must pass through the customs authorities before it reaches the final destination. We have no control over ship time if your package gets stopped in customs for a normal security check. If your package does get stopped, the customs authorities may delay your package depending on how long your package is in their possession.
Shipping to Martinique, French Polynesia, Dom Toms, Ile of Reunion, Mayotte, Corse, . Yes we have no problem shipping to the above countries, however, please understand, ship time will be must longer than we quote for the other Western European countries. Fuya Clothing Shop expedited the packages to these destinations the exact same way we would to any other destination, however, we know that the postal service and the custom authorities take much longer to expedite package once they have received them. Fuya Clothing Shop is not responsible for extended ship times due postal service delays from the above destinations. Please allow additional ship time, sometimes up to 8 weeks depending on your postal service.

Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of our products, simply return the item(s) in new condition, unused, in the original packaging, with a copy of the invoice, within 10 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping charges and 15% restocking fee).

*CUSTOM / PERSONALIZED ORDERS are excluded. After custom orders have been placed, no returns and/or cancellations will be accepted, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Q: How long are the chains?
A: All chains are 76 cm (30 inches) long.

Q: How big are the charms?
A: Most charms are about 7cm x 7cm

Q: What does Platinum Style mean?
A: Our jewelry items are white metal plated with a platinum look coating. Our items are not real platinum or silver. The stones are not real diamonds, they are cubic zirconia's (CZ) / faux diamonds

Q: Can I take the chains/pendant swimming/in the shower?
A: It is not recommended. These chains have a very strong plating, but constant exposure to water will cause the metal to age prematurely. To get the longest life span out of your jewelry, wear your chain/medallion on top of your clothing, and take it off when you're taking a shower or working out. This will keep the jewelry shining for a long time.

Q: How do I care for the jewelry?
A: The best way to care for the jewelry is go to a local jewelry store and buy a cleaning cloth. These are just plain cloths, but contain special chemicals. When you rub the cloth on the jewelry, you'll see black marks appear on the cloth. This is the residue and dirt on the chain. After a few wipe off's, it looks good as new.
